Home game for Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler

At the Germany E-Prix in Berlin on Saturday (May 25th), Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler wants to return to the podium with the support of the local fans.

Double victory in 2018 – we keep our fingers crossed for team Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler for a repetition of this great result this year.

Last year the fans experienced a dream weekend at the former Tempelhof Airport: In the home race, the Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler team scored the maximum possible number of points with a one-two victory, pole position and the fastest lap. This yield is unique in Formula E history - but it can be repeated just as easily, because everything is still open in the championship. Before the tenth of a total of 13 races, di Grassi is 17 points behind in fifth place in the standings. Team mate Daniel Abt follows eleven points behind in ninth place.

Find here the current scores.

The support of the many fans gives me a boost before we go on the track for the first time.

German National TV to broadcast live on Saturday from the capital

A special challenge in Berlin this year is the unusual schedule: Because the race exceptionally starts at 1 pm, the two free practice sessions will already be held on Friday and the race Saturday will start early in the morning (8.45 am) directly with the qualifying.

Like at the race in Monaco, when one million fans sat in front of their television, German National TV is also showing the home game of Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler live: The broadcast from the capital city starts punctually for the start of the race at 12.50 pm.
