Purpose:

This position is responsible for customer service, repair & warranty replacement and sales support.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Provide prompt and effective response service to customer via phone, e-mail and on-side,
  • Execute assigned robotic/automation jobs, including onsite installation, troubleshooting, and repair and follow-up on service escalations,
  • Update recipient information in company systems

 

Repair Support & Warranty replacement

  • Process repair and service reports,
  • Provide warranty replacement to eligible customers,
  • Assist with the billing and shipping of repaired devices,
  • Handle phone inquiries regarding repair status and trouble-shooting

 

Sales Support

  • Support sales activities with technical consulting for robot type and application know-how,
  • Report potential sales opportunities to sales departmental,

 

Reporting

  • Comply with the companies reporting standards,
  • Preparing time sheets and service reports,
  • Preparing meeting of minutes for all meetings,
  • Communicate within the matrix organization with multiple contact points,
  • Scheduling all appointments in outlook calendar,
  • Documenting all contact point in a data base e.g. outlook contacts.

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Mechanical/Electornic Engineering (or Automation / Mechatronics related) or more than 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience of programing with C, C++ or JAVA is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in the CS field (preferably in the robotic area)
  • Professional competencies for customer interaction
  • Good problem solving and communications skills
  • Ability to create documents in English (order report, documents related to repairs, etc.)
  • Korean or German Language will be additional positive points
  • Experience of using ERP is preferred
