Product Support Engineer Asia at KUKA

Job Description

  • Technical contactor for the KUKA Subsidiary in Asia area, and also acting as an interface between CS department of HQ and Subsidiary;
  • General technical support for Asia customers;
  • Specify the new requests from customer together with corresponding KUKA subsidiary for further development of KUKA products;
  • Organization and implementation of training, Web Seminar, instruction and commissioning for new products and solutions for the colleagues from subsidiary;
  • Global quality and reclamation management;
  • Test new products;
  • Sales support by customer visits;
  • Centralize the knowledge in Asia area


  • Major in electronic, automation, or Mech-electronic with Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Experience in automation application with robot, for example, robot programming experience, PLC, field bus knowledge; 
  • Knowledge with KUKA robot is a plus;
  • PC and network knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Very good English in writing and speaking;
  • German Language is a plus;
  • Willing to travel for short-term, domestic and oversea;
  • Good team-player;
  • Proactive learner;
  • Cross-culture communication;
  • Self-motivation and sense of responsibility;
  • work independently under pressure;
  • Good communication and presentation skill;
  • Good analytical skill.
