Robot Sales Manager


Increase profitable sales and win market shares through maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts while establishing new accounts for KUKA Robots in China.

  • Attract new customers to maintain the existing business 

  • Gain business new opportunities on the market

  • Provide annual sales action plan proposal including targets needed for decision-making;

  • Create prospect plans to develop new sales

  • Establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits

  • Visit prospects within sales focus specified in the prospect, attack plans, collect all technical information required (number of different parts, drawings, cycle time etc.) sales information (decison maker, budget) 

  • Doing presentations according to KUKA's guidelines

  • Make risk analysis based on the experience with customers

  • Working together with project manager and top management if necessary

  • Prepare the sales agreements (arguments, price, payment terms)

  • Share with other workers information about market and competitors 

  • Prepare visit reports, sales project lists, forecasts for the coming 3 months, update customer database on a monthly basis

  • Work as a team member for the realization of team sales targets


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering

  • 3 years work experience in technical sales position or in sales of materials/tools for industrial automation

  • Experience in foreign company strongly desired

  • High flexibility

  • Proactive, aggressive and initiative, team leadership

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Good verbal and written English

  • Good MS-Office skills
