Job Description:

This position is mainly responsible for daily maintenance of network, computers, printers, fax machines, beamers and scanners to keep it work well.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain network, computers, printers, fax machines, scanners and beamers
  • Document IT related capital assets
  • Adjust and maintain network port
  • Maintain computer facilities
  • Handle E-mail sending and receiving problems
  • Distribute authority on business systems
  • Maintain business related softwares
  • Install, configure, upgrade and test softwares that agrees to the regulations
  • Diagnose, examine computers and other office facilities and contact the third party to repair
  • Gather, keep and archive all the documentations related with this position
  • Accomplish other jobs assigned by the IT manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in IT information and technology
  • English fluently
  • Knowledge of network, software and hardware
  • Certificated with MCITP or CCNA etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
  • Ability to analyze
  • Ability of self-learning
  • Good communication skills
  • A sense of responsibility
  • Team player
