For customer service launch of new products, the applicant is the contact person between Customer Service departments at KUKA Germany and R&D team at KUKA China in the develepment process.


  • Collaboration with R&D team, Product Management and Customer Service Departments concerning all CS issues

  • Defining, designing and complying with the CS-requirements (Design-to-Service)

  • Defining product specifications and product ideas related to customer service and requirements

  • Launch of new products in view of customer support (service concept, spare parts concept, repair concept, training concept)

  • Preparing and providing of information in the CS department


  • Good technical understanding of the overall robot system

  • Calculating requirements and leading communication between the different Customer Service departments in all countries where KUKA is located 

  • Communication and organizational skills 

  • Master degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering 

  • More than 3 years experience in Customer Service of mechatronic systems especially robots or machine tools

  • Experience of living and working abroad (particularly Europa or USA) is an advantage

  • Experience in robotic industries or the usage of industrial robots is a benefit

  • Experience in project management as well as in product lauch
