This position is jointly responsible for account management together with sales KAM focusing on application and technical success. Working closely as one team with KAM in Sales to win new business and increase sales with the focused ac-counts.


  • Owner of the relationship to the customer on technical and application level
  • Analyze customer’s technical and business requirements to identify technical solutions that meet the needs of key strategic accounts
  • Consultative selling to find the right technical solution for customer’s problem
  • Drive feasibility studies and demonstrate products and applications to customers and explain how products and ready2_use solutions meet target customers’ needs
  • Contribute to order intake by shaping competitive technical offer proposal
  • Collecting and documenting application and technical requirements from customer that right proposal can be formed
  • Work with customers, Application Product Managers and Tech Center to provide application solutions and ready2_use packages for volume sales
  • Presales project management
  • Act as the middle-man to the support organization ensuring client escalations are resolved in due time
  • Drive training programs and development of proposals designed for customers ensuring success at installation
  • Coordinate on-site tests & validations
  • Perform other relative duties as assigned


  • Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, major in electronics, automation and mechanical is preferred
  • 5 years of related Robotic Automation Technical Sales / Project Manager / Application Engineer experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience from electronics industry, understanding the sense and mind-set of the industry
  • Robot application and automation experience from electronics industry
  • Proactive working style, working to find the right solution and adding value for customer
  • High motivation for ongoing further development / education
  • Fast in execution, deliver expected results with good follow & reporting sense
  • Project management skills and methods, ensure things get done
  • Mobility / willingness to travel
  • Global orientation
  • Result-oriented attitude for planning and organization
  • Ability to perform under high time pressure
  • Good command of English
