工作范围

  • Leading and maintaining the complaint management process for the whole Customer Service Division (Hotline & Service, Support, SpareParts, Engineering, College)

  • Co-operation with other department leaders to optimize the complaint management process

  • Planing and following of improvements

  • Make frequent audits with the departments, control and report status and improvements

  • Ensure customer satisfaction level (based on KPIs), working on the analysis of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain the documents/data for complaint management

  • Customer Satisfaction Analysis

  • Data analysis of complaint cases

  • Improvement rates

 

职位要求

  • Major in engineering with Bachelor’s degree 

  • Over 2 years experience in related field (Customer Service/ Aftersales preferred) 

  • Work experience in Germany or German company is requested 

  • Customer service and satisfaction oriented 

  • Proactive, self-motivated and sense of responsibility 

  • Good analytical skills 

  • Willing to work under high pressure 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Good verbal and written command of English as well as German langiage (preferred)

  • Good command of MS-Tools
