Business Development Manager


Key objective:

Supervise a sales force within designated sales territory to ensure the achievement of budgeted targets.

Specific responsibilities:

Duties/ responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings:

  • Plan and direct sales activities of assigned sales territory and/or industry
  • Review sales reports from Sales Engineers and take corrective action to achieve sales target of the sales territory
  • Prepare sales forecast and budget for designated sales territory and/or industry
  • Develop new business opportunities and attend to key accounts personally to ensure product and distribution arrangements meet customer`s requirements
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of Sales team staffs
  • Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Customers relationship management, customer visit and support
  • Collect information on market development, customers and competitors status, project information
  • Periodic reports: work plan, customer visit, loss order, product application
  • Support in customer credit review and accounts receivable collection and bad debt follow up
  • CRM data management
  • Promote new products
  • Assist in product exhibition

Relevant training and experience:


  • College graduated or above, major in Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Automation Control
  • At least 10 years working experiences in Sales, with at least 4 years in managerial position


  •  5 Years working experiences in factory automation and/or logistic automation

Key relationships:


  • Customer Service Department
  • Accountant: monthly P&L report, expense reimbursement
  • Treasury: accounts receivable collection


  • Territory customers
  • HQ


  • Familiar with MS Office application
  • Command of English: business level/ TOEIC 750
