I am naturally a very engaging person, so my role as Sales Channel Manager, UK enables me to put into practice many of the interpersonal skills I have developed over the course of my career.

Our system partner program is an integral part of our brand community: an incentivized integrator network that underpins our sales strategies and encompasses partner expertise and sector specific knowledge that can be applied across all industries.

For me, relationships with our system partner stakeholders are paramount, and ensuring that they have to hand the tools they need to deliver solutions to their customers is key. My role is to understand their needs and identify where KUKA can further empower them, through the provision of software, hardware, licenses, marketing support; the list really is endless.

As an individual I am always supported by my line manager and colleagues. Any ideas that I bring to the table are always considered and constructive feedback given. I’m always looking at how we can do things better, how we can further drive collaboration across our partner network.
