With their new controller structures, the industrial robots of the KR CYBERTECH nano ARC family have extremely high path accuracy and speed. The acceleration values and the new ergonomic design with minimized disruptive contours ensure continuous-path motion at the very highest level – even deep inside the workpieces. With very fine payload intervals of 6 and 8 kilograms, you will find the ideal robot model for your application.

    The robot can be floor-, wall- or ceiling-mounted or even installed at a certain angle – exactly in line with your requirements.

New KUKA hollow wrist

The 50-millimeter hollow-shaft wrist is a future-oriented innovation: the hollow axis allows reduced main axis motion with short cycle times and utmost precision of movement.

Cost-effective entry into welding automation: KR CYBERTECH nano ARC as ‘Edition’ robot

Simple welding processes enable the cost-optimized use of appropriate robots such as the Edition variant of the KR CYBERTECH nano ARC. It is designed especially for simple arc welding in highly dynamic, price-sensitive markets – which makes it easier for new customers to add automation. The KR CYBERTECH nano ARC HW Edition robot is available with two reaches (1,440 mm from the start of 2022 onwards, with 2,010 mm due to follow at the end of 2022). It features a hollow wrist with bearings on both sides and a repeatability of 0.04 mm. For the ‘Edition’ robot, too, KUKA has implemented its latest KR C5 controller generation and appropriate software packages.
