Our Salvagnini P1 panel bending machine combines its patented kinematics and flexibility to create a compact bending solution.

Our machinery also includes other small machines required for sheet metal processing, such as corner forming machines, pressing machines and pillar drills.

Welding

Procedures: ISO 4063:141 (AWI) and 4063:135 (MAG consumable electrode)
Material Quality: Carbon steels and corrosion-resistant steels
The majority of the machinery park is equipped with Fronius welding machines.

Stud welding

Stud welding technology according to ISO4063–786 is a fast and efficient welding process. Our colleagues have great expertise and experience in this field.

Grinding

In addition to manual sanding and manual polishing technology our grinding robot cell achieves cost-effective results on large surfaces, meeting the specified surface roughness.

Powder Coating

Depending on the geometry, we perform powder coating in an automatic painting line or a manual paint booth. We use iron-phosphate pre-treatment process. Powder coating is an extremely durable process, flexible, and heat-resistant surface coating. There is no drying time, so the painted parts are immediately usable.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is suitable for cleaning corroded surfaces, surface preparation before painting, and effectively removes rust and other contaminants. For stainless steel, glass beads are used, while for structural steel, steel buckchots are used in the process.
