Perfect match and great offer

At this year's Logistik & Transport trade fair (4–5 November), KUKA Nordic will be sharing a stand with system integrator Rebl Industries. A perfect match, according to Erik Wingholm, Area Sales Manager at KUKA Nordic.
‘Together, we have a very good offering,’ he says.

Robot-as-a-service from Rebl Industries

Rebl Industries has an approach that differs from how most other system integrators work. The company offers a service called robot-as-a-service (Raas). In principle, this means that instead of purchasing the equipment, the customer pays to have a specific job done. The approach has been successful, with Rebl Industries signing agreements with both H&M and Ikea in early autumn. But the business model is just as interesting for smaller companies that want to use their liquidity for investments other than purchasing their own equipment, and that want to be able to quickly recoup their investment.

– Rebl Industries is also skilled in logistics solutions. That's why it's particularly fitting that we share a stand at Logistics & Transport. They also have their own developed built-in intelligence in their solution, which uses advanced calculation models to palletise virtually any variation of packages, which is unique in the industry, says Erik Wingholm.

The collaboration is a success

For Rebl Industries, too, the collaboration with KUKA is a success factor. ‘In addition to the robots themselves, all the knowledge and service that KUKA Nordic provides is invaluable,’ says Daniel Claesson, Business Development Manager at Rebl Industries. The company is based in Borås, but Rebl Industries also has facilities in Gothenburg and Skövde. In 2021, they won KUKA Nordic's Business Developer of the Year award, and in 2025, they won the Application of the Year award. "We have been working together for a long time. Now we look forward to meeting our customers together with KUKA Nordic when we exhibit at Logistik & Transport," says Daniel Claesson. At the stand, KUKA will demonstrate one of its AMRs, among other things. In addition, there will be a robot cell on site, developed by Rebl Industries and equipped with 3D vision and AI.

– There will also be a competition where we challenge visitors to disrupt the robot so that it works more slowly. The person who slows it down the most wins, but I can tell you right now... it's not an easy task.
