KUKA Nordic welcomes Kristoffer Honson, 42, as a new chanel manager based in Stockholm. With a background as a machine builder and over a decade in technical sales, Kristoffer is now taking the lead in developing relationships with system integrators and customers in the region.
‘I started in the industry by chance after a shoulder injury put an end to my elite swimming career. But I was immediately hooked on automation – it was both fun and challenging,’ says Kristoffer.
After several years as a machine builder, he realised that it was customer contact that gave him the most energy.
Ten years ago, he made the move to sales – a decision he has never regretted.
"Now I'm looking forward to building up our market here in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region. I've already started calling customers, booking meetings and immersing myself in KUKA's broad product portfolio. It's full speed ahead from the start!
