- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end HR process transitions into the Shared Services model,
- apply proven transition methodologies (e.g., process mapping, KT frameworks, waves, go‑live readiness, playbooks),
- develop and maintain transition plans, timelines, RAID logs, and progress dashboards,
- oversee project scope, milestones, deliverables, and risks to ensure on-time and high‑quality execution,
- prepare regular status reports and ensure alignment across HR, operations, technology, and business stakeholders,
- understand end‑to‑end HR processes (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, Offboarding, HR data/compensation changes),
- ensure transitions comply with HR policies, legal standards, and data privacy requirements,
- track detailed transition tasks and milestones and proactively address gaps,
- support documentation, SOP creation, workflows, and process validation,
- facilitate knowledge transfer cycles (shadowing, reverse shadowing, sign‑off),
- ensure readiness documentation and process acceptance criteria are met.

- 3-5+ years of experience in HR project/program management or HR operations,
- demonstrated experience in HR transitions, Shared Services setup, or GBS migrations,
- strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data handling standards,
- hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies,
- experience with process mapping tools,
- excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities,
- strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- experience with global HR transformations or multi‑country transitions,
- familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, any ticketing systems),
- project management certification,
- background in process design or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
