Make an impact
- You will independently implement ECM Changes to the current solution,
- You will be in contact with various application owners to design and implement integration scenarios,
- You will be responsible for functional and technical design and implementation of changes to the solution,
- You will be responsible for conducting customer workshops, solution presentations, and key user trainings,
- You will be responsible for supporting SAP Hana Rollouts with the ECM portion of it,
- You will take over responsibility for the functioning and availability of the Platform including Content Server, Archive Server, connections to SAP and SalesForce as well as other leading applications and stand alone natively run solutions on the platform,
- You will need to understand and analyze customer needs as well as consult in the area of ECM in all covered business areas,
- You will be involved in internal projects where you will be the focal point connecting SAP / Non-SAP Teams functionality wise,
- You will be last internal line of support in terms of ticket and service management,
- You will need to maintain the current solutions and ideally adopt continuous improvements,
- You will develop ECM concepts and solutions as well as independently implement them in the areas of DMS, archiving, integration into existing systems, or migration of existing systems,
- You will run Windows Updates within virtual landscape and test solution scenarios afterwards,
- You will analyze content based processes and automate them using solutions in place.

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor/Master degree with focus on business informatics or comparable,
- 5 years plus functional experience in OpenText extended ECM for SAP, Archive Server and Content Server, with rollout experience (>2 lifecycles), ideally as a consultant at a leading company,
- good knowledge of main SAP modules and default document generating processes,
- good knowledge of SalesForce, its processes and document generating processes,
- good knowledge of Tomcat and basic windows sever administration,
- basic understanding of Networks, Loadbalancing, Internet security,
- good knowledge and functional experience of using REST APIs in Content Server context,
- ideally you have experience in SAP ABAP implementations and coding,
- powershell coding expertise is beneficial,
- high level of initiative, analytical thinking, and strong presentation and communication skills,
- interested in IT topics such as security, compliance, and system availability,
- excellent English skills, German skills as a plus,
- willingness to travel nationally and internationally occasionally,
- applications from junior professionals or career changers are also welcome if there is sufficient interest and learning ability,
- it is beneficial if you understand classical SAP Arching Scenarios like late, early arching in the realms of Enterprise Scan, Pipelines and peal scripting.
