자격요건
- Develop and maintain internal quality software solutions,
- work with Delphi and MariaDB,
- implement enhancements and ensure application stability,
- analyze requirements from internal quality, compliance, and process stakeholders,
- provide second‑ or third‑level support.

- Strong experience with Delphi,
- solid SQL and MariaDB knowledge,
- experience in maintaining existing enterprise applications,
- high attention to quality and reliability,
- intermediate English knowledge and German language knowledge is a plus.
