Responsibilities: Provide technical support for KUKA products , focusing on simulation, technical consultancy, service and maintenance.Strong collaboration with Sales team for customer projects.Follow-up customer projects, provide product information, application know-how and the best practice.Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, following up customer needs.Direct communication with customers in coordination with sales team.Active customer and integrator visits in the region.Feasibility analysis and simulation support for customers projects.On-site customer training based on product or solution or service.On-site service and maintenance activities when needed.

What you need to succeed Requirements : Degree in Electric/Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering or equivalent degree.At least 2 years experience in robotic and automation market.Experience in Middle East region is plus.  KUKA Robot usage and programming experience is a plus.Driving license.English language skills are essential.Proficiency in an additional foreign language in the region is a plus.Good verbal and written communication skills.High willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East .
