Mixed Palletizing and Depalletizing

Two KR IONTEC robots will work with two KMP 600 mobile platforms, the newest solution in mobile robotics from KUKA, to palletize, transport, and depalletize mixed consumer goods. This application is made possible with vision and control from Technology Partner Mujin

Mobile Machine Tending

KUKA will team up with System Partner Waybo to showcase a mobile solution for the tending of machine tools. This cell will utilize a KMR CYBERTECH mobile robot, consisting of a KMP 1500 mobile platform and KR CYBERTECH.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods

The FMCG demonstration showcases four different KUKA robots – the new KR 3 DELTA robot, a KR 6 SCARA, a KR 6 AGILUS, a KMR iiwa mobile robot, and advanced vision software for end-to-end production.

Adding to the presence of mobile automation in the KUKA booth, Swisslog will display the newest version of their CarryPick solution for warehouse intralogistics. The CarryPick solution, which delivers faster operating speeds and more flexibility, consists of four components – mobile robots, mobile racks, pick stations and Swisslog’s SynQ warehouse management software.
