Odpovědnosti
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, both verbally and in writing,
- organising and coordinating external requests (orders, requests for quotations, sample production) within the company, with maximum customer satisfaction,
- project management of products (quotation, raw materials, production, quality),
- planning production capacity and deadlines in cooperation with the departments concerned,
- communicating delivery deadlines to the customer,
- active participation in the first sample production process, overall project supervision,
- preparation of reports,
- active use of SAP ERP system (from customer quotation to delivery).
Požadované znalosti
- University degree in logistics, economics or engineering,
- at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field,
- strong knowledge of English at intermediate level, for daily international contacts (German language is an advantage),
- excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point),
- customer-oriented mindset,
- good planning and organisation skills.
