In the future, KUKA will be responsible for joining the body components of a premium SUV using a patented process. With this major order in the mid double-digit million euro range, KUKA’s technology know-how is supporting today’s global automotive industry.

Perfect fit and finish of the car body

KUKA's patented "Net Form and Pierce" method, or also known as the "Best-Fit" process, is a highly precise and efficient method for accurately identifying and positioning mounting features on the body's exterior trim.

Our unique method not only allows for a customized trim of the vehicle, but also for an economically profitable production. We are proud of the long-standing trust in our technology expertise.
