With the KUKA Combi24Pro Agreement, you are ensuring the highest possible level of reliability of your robot components from the outset. The KUKA Combi24Pro Agreement not only includes the services covered by the KUKA MaintenancePro Agreement but enables the customers to contact the KUKA service group outside the business hours.
Using this, you can rely on a 24 hours, 7 days a week productive installation. In order to minimize downtime, the KUKA Combi24Pro Agreement provides rapid and precise fault analysis by telephone. It assists your employees immediately with qualified technical advice and helps them to help themselves. Through program backups or files, program errors can be identified and solved. If necessary, a technician can be called out on site.
