KUKA Nordic's growth in recent years

KUKA is expanding its staff with Tomas Rudolfsson, Mathias Holmqvist and Martin Skoglund. Together they have a lot of experience and expertise in automation processes.

Tomas, Martin, and Mathias adds a lot of experience and expertise that will give KUKA Nordic even greater opportunities to help our customers in their automation Projects, "says KUKA Nordics CEO Jonas Glimdén.

Tomas Rudolfsson, Key Account Manager

Tomas Rudolfsson has worked for almost 12 years as a sales engineer in the automation industry, the last three years he was Sales Manager for a major automation company in Sweden. "In my previous roles, robots have often been a key part of the technical solutions to customers so I bring a lot of experience from robotic applications.

Tomas will, in his new role, primarily focus on suppliers to the automotive industry and together with KUKA's system partners who have these as customers. "I am looking forward to offering end-users in the Swedish market an exciting robot brand that is constantly evolving for future needs and wishes in industry. With my long experience of automation, I will be able to help customers find the best possible technical solutions, "says Tomas Rudolfsson.

Mathias Holmqvist, Key Account Manager

KUKA Robotics continues to invest and recruits another very experienced professional, Mathias Holmqvist, who has been employed as Key Account Manager for Machine tending solutions. Mathias Holmqvist previous employer was ABB (formerly SVIA), where he worked as an Account Manager for turnkey automation solutions in Machine Tool Tending. "KUKA has been active in Machine Tending for many years. What I can supply is edge knowledge in the field, and my primary task is to bring both existing solutions and futur initiatives to the market.

Mathias will support end customers and integrators with technical expertise and help them getting the best possible automation solutions for their needs. "I look forward to work with KUKA's strong robot portfolio and innovative solutions in order to help and inspire the manufacturing industry in Sweden to continue its investments and maintain operations in Sweden," says KUKA's new Specialist Account Manager.

Martin Skoglund, Global Key Account Manager Automotive

Martin Skoglund has a long experience in the automotive industry and has worked 18 years for AB Volvo, both with technical development and sales. He comes from a Position as Global Key Account Manager at Volvo. The newly established role at KUKA Nordic means that he will be responsible for Automotive Sales at KUKA Nordic, which also includes the role of Global KAM for Volvo.

"KUKA is an exciting company in an expanded business area, automation, and is at the forefront of new development, innovation and industry 4.0," says Martin Skoglund, and continues: "I look forward to working with the customers, building partnerships and developing long-term business. My area of responsibility means that I will work with a global market so even though my workplace is at KUKA Nordic in Gothenburg, there will be a lot of travelling.
