Change in leadership for KUKA Nordic - digitalization in focus for the new CEO 

KUKA Nordic has made a change in the position of CEO. Former sales manager Joacim Lorentsson takes a step up and takes over from Jonas Glimdén - who in turn continues within KUKA's international organization.

- We are in an expansive era for industry, with strong digitalization. It feels very inspiring to lead the company in this time, says Joacim Lorentsson. 
In his new assignment as CEO and cluster manager (CEO Cluster Nordic & Russia), Joacim Lorentsson will lead KUKA's operations in the Nordic countries, the Baltics and Russia. According to Joacim Lorentsson, the digitalization of  the industry will become an increasingly important focus for businesses. - Having a deep understanding of how to build digital business models, use digital technology and assist the industry with digital solutions that include robots is becoming increasingly crucial. It is in this field that I have my clearest strengths.

- It is a strong concept. With that, we can do a lot to help our customers strengthen their competitiveness.
Another clear focus for Joacim Lorentsson is the markets in the Baltics and Russia, which are expansive and growing rapidly. - I will work to develop our organization and our management team throughout the cluster, he says. It fells good to be able to hand over the assignment as CEO of KUKA Nordic to Joacim Lorentsson, says the former CEO Jonas Glimdén, who takes the step into KUKA's international organization as Chief Regional Officer EMEA, India & LATAM. 
- We have worked closely together for many years, and I have a hard time imagining a more competent successor. He will be able to continue to develop the business in the right way, says Jonas Glimdén.
