KUKA's wide range of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) is a big hit for the company. Partner for AMR:s

When JTA Connection opened its doors in 1999, it was in the midst of the peak IT boom. Since then, the company has stayed right on track to time the entire era of digitalisation, IoT and the journey into AI. ‘In short, a well-established company with exactly the right expertise for the 2020s,’ says Markus Nikkanen.
Previously, the collaboration with KUKA has mainly focused on more traditional industrial robots. Now the relationship is expanding. JTA Connection is also starting to use KUKA's various models of autonomous mobile robots (AMR:er) in its customer offering.
‘In addition to incorporating them into their solutions, they will also start selling the platforms themselves and providing service for them,’ says Markus Nikkanen.

The company has a growing market share

The collaboration gives KUKA a further foothold in the important Finnish market, where the company has a growing market share. The manufacturing industry is strong in the country and the potential for automation continues to be significant. JTA Connections also sees great upside in the expanded relationship.
‘With an expanded range of top-brand robots, we can create additional value for our customers in terms of control, costs and service,’ says Juho Pulakka, CTO at JTA Connection. He sees another advantage in availability.
"The channel becomes faster. This increases access to top-quality robots for our clients. We then back this up with our own expertise in integration and service," says Juho Pulakka.
JTA Connections is based in the Finnish industrial city of Tampere. Since its foundation, it has grown into a stable company with 110 employees and a turnover in the region of SEK 170 million.
