Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage and oversee all VAT-related activities and compliance for the company,
- provide expert advice on VAT matters to internal teams and clients,
- monitor changes in VAT legislation and ensure the company’s compliance with new regulations,
- working with colleagues to monitor, track and evaluate legislative developments such as the EU’s ViDA programme and individual country developments,
- assist in e-invoicing implementation projects,
- conduct VAT audits and manage relationships with tax authorities,
- develop and implement VAT strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
Vaardigheden
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
- professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred,
- minimum of 5 years of experience in VAT management, preferably in an international setting,
- in-depth knowledge of EU VAT laws and regulations,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite,
- flexible working hours and remote work options.
