KMP 3000P
A plataforma móvel autônoma transporta os pesos pesados na produção e intralogística. Ela carrega até três toneladas e se move de forma omnidirecional no espaço. Através do seu novo conceito de carregamento indutivo, a KMP 3000P está pronta para operar vinte e quatro horas por dia. Câmeras 3D e scanners a laser integrados proporcionam flexibilidade e segurança em um ambiente de trabalho com pessoas.
KMP 3000P keeps every production in constant motion
The autonomous mobile platform is ready for use 24/7 thanks to its inductive charging concept. The platform can be charged both at central charging stations and decentrally at the workstations - i.e. in the process.
With the ability to move up to 3 tons, it opens up a wide range of possible applications. Regardless of whether it is used for material supply in production, process interlinking without conveyor belts or classic point-to-point transportation - the KMP 3000P masters the transportation of large, unwieldy and heavy components without any problems. It benefits from its compact dimensions of 2200 x 1200 x 370 mm.

If the load exceeds three tons, the KMP 3000P also has an answer: load sharing. Two platforms work together to transport up to six tons. One of the two KMP 3000Ps becomes the master vehicle and sets the direction.
Intelligent maintenance concepts
The KMP 3000P transport platform is characterized not only by its high performance, but also by its ease of maintenance. Thanks to its modular design, the components are easily accessible. Replacement is therefore quick and cost-effective.
- Dismantling the wheel from the side - lifting or removing the housing is not necessary.
- The inductive charging coil is easy to dismantle.
- Quick replacement of critical parts in just a few minutes via the maintenance flap.
Smooth driving thanks to innovative propulsion concept
The new, omnidirectional drive concept of the KMP 3000P is particularly user-friendly: the powered swivel castors ensure smooth running and enable high speeds. Each of the two drive units consists of two wheels. The fact that the weight is distributed over two wheels results in a lower point load on the individual wheel, which means less abrasion. In addition to replacing the entire drive unit, it is also possible to replace the lining of individual rollers as required.
