Responsibilities

Make an impact

Übernahme der Rolle des Controlling-Workstream-Verantwortlichen in internationalen SAP S/4HANA-Rollout-Projekten (P80).
Einführung und Umsetzung globaler Controlling-Prozesse, Standards und Governance-Richtlinien in enger Abstimmung mit dem Group Controlling.
Unterstützung der lokalen Gesellschaften während des gesamten Rollout-Prozesses durch gezieltes Change Management sowie Maßnahmen zur Benutzerakzeptanz und Prozessverankerung.
Analyse und Bewertung lokaler Geschäfts- und Controlling-Anforderungen, Identifikation von Abweichungen zum globalen Template sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam.
Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Migration von Altdaten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs in die neue SAP-Systemlandschaft während Go-Live- und Hypercare-Phasen.
Planung und Durchführung von Endanwender-Schulungen sowie fachliche Unterstützung während Test-, Rollout- und Deploymentszenarien.
Konsolidierung, Bewertung und Koordination von Change Requests in Zusammenarbeit mit Process Ownern, Process Experts und relevanten Stakeholdern.
Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung der globalen Controlling Key User Community durch Enablement-Konzepte, Best-Practice-Formate und nachhaltige internationale Netzwerke.
Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen SAP S/4HANA Controlling Templates.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Finance, Controlling oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Finance Transformation oder in SAP-Projekten.
Fundierte Kenntnisse von End-to-End-Controlling-Prozessen und deren Integration in ERP-Systeme, idealerweise in SAP S/4HANA.
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen sowie deren technischer Abbildung in modernen ERP-Systemen.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten im internationalen Umfeld.
Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu steuern, Entscheidungen voranzutreiben und funktionsübergreifend erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten.
Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit in globalen Teams.
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen im Rahmen von Rollout- und Implementierungsaktivitäten.
