Quick and flexible ready2_use solutions for press linking
KUKA ready2_use solutions are versatile, preconfigured and coordinated application packages that are tested prior to delivery and ready for immediate use. Make use of the new KUKA ready2_presslink_transpressor and KUKA ready2_presslink_cobra solutions to reduce the effort required for integrating robot-based solutions for press automation and thus to improve your performance. Both packages can be integrated into your system concepts in a straightforward manner and in a very short time.
The easy way to implement robotic linking of press lines
The KUKA ready2_presslink_transpressor application package is centered on the new Transpressor arm with a servo-controlled rotational axis on the gripper flange. This functions as a seventh robot axis that is located directly above the workpiece and enables fast and stable transfer of the parts. With its effective length of 1.75 meters, the Transpressor arm can cover distances of up to 8.50 meters between presses with a payload capacity of 80 kg – without the robot being mounted on an additional linear axis.
The even faster and more dynamic KUKA ready2_presslink_cobra high-end solution was jointly developed with gripper specialist BILSING Automation. Both single and double parts with a payload of up to 100 kilograms can be transported with this special kinematic system. Press gaps of five to 8.50 meters can thus be covered in either a floor or ceiling-mounted position. This product is particularly interesting for automotive suppliers since it enables highly flexible production.
Press-to-press robots available together with KUKA.PressTech technology package
Together with the individual KUKA ready2_presslink solution, you receive the upgraded KUKA.PressTech technology package. The software is responsible for optimally synchronizing robot and press motions across the entire line. This minimizes wear, reduces service costs and increases availability. The wizard-based software supports programmers during start-up and programming by providing step-by-step guidance through the individual menu items.
“KUKA flexibleCELL compact Laser” modular laser cell: pre-assembled and immediately ready to use
From laser welding to laser cutting and on to laser cladding: with the standardized robot cell for laser applications, KUKA flexibleCELL compact laser, various processes can be implemented. The compact pre-assembled cell for laser welding and laser cutting consists of a KUKA robot, KUKA positioner, laser processing head, laser-proof safety enclosure and state-of-the-art cell controller for all central functions.
KUKA ready2_arc: preconfigured automation package for arc welding
Automate your processes for arc welding: quick and easy to do using the KUKA ready2_arc application packages.
