Aria de responsabilitate
- Analyze and process customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Review and validate product configurations from a technical perspective.
- Align and finalize technical specifications with customers and obtain approvals.
- Prepare production layouts and coordinate the approval process of technical documentation.
- Secure production release authorization before manufacturing starts.
- Coordinate the order fulfillment process from order intake through production release.
- Monitor milestones, deadlines, technical clarifications, approvals, and order status.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues impacting order execution.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Coordinate technical requirements, configurations, engineering changes, and key decisions.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders.
- Maintain close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate technical documentation, configuration data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production-related information.
- Support seamless production planning, preparation, and execution.
- Track procurement and material availability status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and escalate supply risks and potential bottlenecks.
- Monitor critical components and delivery schedules to support on-time project execution.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to ensure material readiness for production.
Profil
- Secondary education required; higher education in logistics or economics is an advantage
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Active intermediate level of English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
