Responsabilità
- Manage Target Costing, Design-to-Cost and Cost Engineering across all development stages
- Select, qualify, and develop suppliers for new products. Evaluate supplier risks, resilience and performance
- Identify and execute Value Analysis / Value Engineering opportunities
- Initiate and track sustainable cost reduction measures
- Member of the Core Team for Change Management
- Manage and coordinate technical changes through product lifecycle
Profilo
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar
- Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in NPI, Cost Engineering or Value Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret cost structures and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Experience in international supplier management is an advantage
