Previously operating as KUKA’s sales agency in northern Germany, DIE Roboter GmbH & Co. KG acts true to the motto “Our aim and our motivation – Your satisfaction!!”. None of that changed when the company based in Hude-Wüsting (Lower Saxony) was incorporated into KUKA Roboter GmbH on 1 July 2016. “Little changes for us. Even the team stays the same. Our customers, on the other hand, profit from comprehensive support as a result of the synergies unleashed,” explains Gerald Dießelberg, head of the newly created Branch Office North. Prior to incorporation, Dießelberg and his team operated successfully for 13 years as a northern sales agency for KUKA. As of 1 January 2017, customers in former East Germany are also benefiting from the reorganization of Sales. The area has been incorporated into the North Sales Region.
New opportunities for KUKA customers in northern Germany
“As far as customer care was concerned, we had reached the capacity limits of DIE Roboter,” notes Dießelberg on the reasons for the incorporation into KUKA Roboter GmbH. Given the growing complexity in the field of robotics, the branch head also stresses that “it is important for us to be able to offer customers all KUKA products.” Access to the entire KUKA network and its associated expertise is a decisive advantage.” At the same time, Dießelberg wants to be able to familiarize customers with technological innovations, such as
Industrie 4.0, through a more targeted approach.
