Sustainability Insights: KUKA wins ESG Transparency Award
Transparency builds trust: By receiving the ESG Transparency Award, KUKA is setting a benchmark for sustainable and transparent business practices.
For KUKA, sustainability is more than just a promise. It shapes our daily actions. Our initiatives and processes are as diverse as our company itself, demonstrating how we take responsibility for the environment, society, and future generations. We report on these efforts transparently in our sustainability reporting and through formats like the “Sustainability Insights”.
Award as Motivation
These efforts were once again recognized this year: KUKA received the ESG Transparency Award in the Excellence category and was able to improve its results compared to the previous year.
“Winning the ESG Transparency Award is both a confirmation and a mandate for us: We will align our next sustainability report even more closely with the requirements of the CSRD and ESRS - making it clearer, more comparable, and more verifiable. Our goal remains to translate transparency into tangible impact and thus further strengthen trust among our customers, partners, and employees,” says Kerstin Heinrich, Head of Corporate Sustainability.
The award organizers emphasize the importance of such pioneering companies for a sustainable future: “We warmly congratulate KUKA on its clearly recognizable commitment to transparent and responsible reporting. We commend the company’s strategic foundation and highlight its clear understanding that profitability and sustainability are not opposites, but together pave the way to long-term success,” says Steffen Klink, Chief Operating Officer, EUPD Group.
