From standard configuration to a process-optimized machine – with digital motion modes
With the motion mode software add-ons, the KR QUANTEC series offers the ad hoc option of modifying the robot’s capabilities in processes or process sub-steps. For example, a robot can be set to optimal dynamic performance when not carrying a load, or set to absolute path accuracy for handling a workpiece. Availability of the two motion modes “Dynamic mode” and “Path mode” for the KR QUANTEC series is scheduled for the second half of 2019.

With its reduced disruptive contours, more streamlined wrist and smaller footprint, the KR QUANTEC series simplifies engineering even in complex applications.
