The KUKAnizer “automates” Facebook entries

20 Tháng Bảy 2011

Augsburg, July 2011 – KUKA takes the stress out of posting for Facebook members. The Augsburg-based robot manufacturer has developed a Facebook app – the KUKAnizer – that generates status messages automatically. At last, the user can concentrate once again on the important things in life and leave posting to the friendly robot with the all-too-human mood swings.

Ranging from “emotional” and “cranky” to “factual” or “silly” – the KUKAnizer (http://www.facebook.com/KUKA.Robotics) posts status messages on your Facebook page in the desired mood. It is currently available in German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Chinese, with additional languages to follow, such as Turkish, Polish and Dutch. KUKAnizer can even cope with Bavarian dialect. With the Facebook app “KUKANIZE your Profile”, the user can set which tasks to entrust to the virtual robot and the intervals at which the status messages are to be generated.

Automation specialist KUKA even automates Facebook profiles

"The KUKAnizer is the perfect addition to our major product campaign ‘Automation becomes easy’. We simply automate everything, even Facebook profiles,” enthuses Dominik Clever, eMarketing Manager at KUKA Roboter GmbH.

Human and machine work ever more closely together

The KUKAnizer is intended to be a bit of fun, of course, but KUKA is also using this app to show how humans and robots are working ever more closely together – safely – in all areas of life. On Facebook, the robot carries out fully automatic posting; in industry, it has suitable and safe automation solutions for practically every sector.

"I love you all," posts the Kukanizer

Since going online, the KUKAnizer has already acquired thousands of fans and is hoping to meet with the approval of even more robot enthusiasts.
