Responsibilities
- Overseeing and supervising RTR related activities: -Bank & Cash management, -Journal entry calculation and posting, -Month-end close, -Fixed Asset processes, -Intercompany related activities, -Balance sheet reconciliation,
- supervision of RTR Team (~10-15 accountants),
- participate in process transition by joining handover sessions, reviewing and approving work instructions and supporting the team, working closely with the project team and the local finance teams,
- ensure proper handling of daily operations, timely completion of all month end closing procedures and perform assigned reporting,
- close collaboration with peer departments, overall understanding of processes in PTP and OTC area,
- stakeholder management and act as 1st point of escalation,
- actively support RTR projects and Audit.
Application Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and/or min. 5 years of relevant experience in RTR processes,
- experience in people management (onboarding, training, evaluation, etc), preferably in a multicultural SSC environment,
- strong communication skills in English both written and verbal,
- high attention to details, well-organized and customer focus,
- willingness to learn and invest in your own development supported by KUKA,
- travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transitions.
