Finance/Accounting
Responsibilities
- Financial Controlling and Cost Accounting,
- perform technical monthly closing (SAP HANA), prepare and submit official reports,
- perform internal secondary cost allocations (e.g., billing of internal rents), support in calculation (write-offs, surcharges, hourly rates, cycles etc.),
- conduct quality checks and account reconciliation (e.g., balance sheet, WIP),
- support in Accounts Payable Management and Accounts Receivable Management,
- support in Cash Management,
- reporting and analysis,
- perform internal statistics and reports (e.g., warranties, CAPEX, personnel),
- perform external statistics and country-specific official reports,
- collaboration, communication, and compliance,
- work closely with other departments to ensure financial transparency and efficiency,
- create proper documentation and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies,
- serve as contact for external as well as internal auditors.
Application Requirements
- University degree or equivalent knowledge in the field of Business Administration, Economics, or Finance/Controlling,
- 2-3 years of working experience in SAP,
- experience in working in multinational matrix organization,
- understanding of key finance, controlling and reporting processes,
- SAP, MS Excel skills, good knowledge in MS Office,
- analytical skills and the ability of compiling and analyzing reports,
- strong communication skills,
- working autonomously and self-driven,
- fluent in English written and spoken.
