Changes on KUKA Supervisory Board
KUKA Aktiengesellschaft gives notice that following his court appointment as member of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Yanmin Gu (Andy Gu) has assumed the office of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KUKA AG.

Augsburg, February 14, 2017 – KUKA Aktiengesellschaft gives notice that following his court appointment as member of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Yanmin Gu (Andy Gu) has assumed the office of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KUKA AG. Min Liu (Francoise Liu) and Prof. Dr. Michèle Morner had previously been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board. The appointments are limited until the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2017.
Dr. Andy Gu is Vice President of the Midea Group and Francoise Liu is Head of Human Resources at Midea. Prof. Dr. Michèle Morner holds the Chair of Public Management and Leadership at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer.
