KR TITAN ultra

The specialist for handling heavy loads. The industrial robot moves payloads of up to 1500 kg over long distances and impresses with its low weight.

The strongest industrial robot in the KUKA portfolio

Heavyweights are no problem for him: the new KR TITAN ultra sets new standards in the KUKA portfolio. Its energy-efficient design reduces operating costs and supports sustainable production processes. At the same time, its reliability contributes to high availability – whether in automotive production, in precise processes in battery manufacturing, or in handling large-format modules in photovoltaics. Wherever heavy components need to be moved, it impresses with its robust performance and consistent operational reliability.

The KR TITAN ultra impresses with everything from its modular design to its impressive performance – this is how the giant moves.

This robot makes great things possible: it lifts heavy loads and achieves a long reach.

High load capacity, small footprint

The KR TITAN ultra moves very high payloads with a small footprint. The heavy-duty robot lifts parts weighing up to 1500 kg with a dead weight of just 4.5 t.

High Inertia meets High Payload

Even large and very heavy parts with high moments of inertia are always under control thanks to the heavy-duty robot's rigid design with double swing arms.

More reach

The KR TITAN ultra has a reach of up to 4200 mm in the version with a payload of 1000 kg. The robot is also available with a reach of 3700 mm (1250 kg payload) and 3200 mm (1500 kg).

Foundry variant for versatile use

The foundry version enables the robot to be used under extreme production conditions and withstands environmental influences such as dust, heat and moisture.

Modular design

  • Modular design ensures high compatibility and scalability between robot series
  • Identical parts, e.g., available in KR FORTEC ultra
  • Low TCO thanks to standardized components

Reduction in TCO and maintenance costs

  • Low energy consumption for efficient operation
  • High MTBF thanks to durable components
  • Short MTTR for fast recovery
  • Maintenance-optimized design with easy access to relevant components
  • Few recurring service tasks required
