- Manage incidents in 2nd-level support and coordinate escalations to 3rd-level support,
- administer SAP user accounts and authorization roles throughout the request process,
- maintain operational and technical documentation, and monitor the SAP user landscape,
- participate in technical subprojects, providing expertise from a user management perspective,
- contribute to security and audit assessments, and supply relevant data as required.
담당업무
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification,
- several years of experience in SAP technical operations, system administration, or SAP Basis–related roles,
- solid understanding of SAP user management, authorizations and system monitoring,
- knowledge of unattended installation methods (SAP GUI, Baramundi, etc.),
- strong analytical thinking and hands‑on problem‑solving skills,
- ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams,
- good communication skills in English; German is an advantage,
- high interest in IT security, platform stability, and continuous service improvement.
