Sorumluluklar
- Provide high-quality L2 client support for Windows endpoints, taking ownership of incidents and service requests end-to-end,
- troubleshoot and resolve issues via remote support, ensuring fast recovery and a great user experience,
- manage and optimize endpoint configuration and compliance using Microsoft Intune, Baramundi and Group Policy,
- create software packages and manage deployment and updates, ensuring stability and consistent rollouts,
- create and maintain scripts and automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency,
- support workplace services such as Teams and telephony, ensuring smooth collaboration capabilities for users,
- provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and structured escalations to support and upskill L1 teams,
- collaborate with international IT teams to align standards, tools, and operating procedures across regions,
- communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, balancing technical accuracy with user-friendly explanations,
- support a broad range of workplace technologies including hardware, Microsoft 365/Office, printers, and common enterprise applications,
- contribute to documentation and continuous improvement by capturing learnings, updating knowledge articles, and refining support processes.
Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience in enterprise client operations,
- L2 support experience: confident troubleshooting on Windows clients, ownership mindset, SLA-aware ticket handling,
- ticketing & documentation: solid routine with ITSM tools and clear, structured written communication,
- scripting & automation: practical PowerShell (or similar) to standardize and automate recurring tasks,
- remote support capability: strong diagnostics via remote tools, user-friendly communication during live sessions,
- workplace tooling: good knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office, printers, Teams, telephony and common enterprise apps,
- collaboration & communication: comfortable working with international teams, and supporting/mentoring L1 through handovers and guidance,
- strong English for daily collaboration, additional languages (German) are a plus,
- endpoint management: hands-on with Microsoft Intune (policies, app deployment, troubleshooting) and basic security/compliance concepts,
- group policy knowledge: understanding of GPOs, AD-based client management fundamentals,
- software packaging & deployment: experience with packaging/rollout practices and release discipline,
- monitoring & reporting: basic understanding of endpoint health metrics and service improvement via data,
- process maturity: ITIL awareness, continuous improvement mindset, documentation ownership,
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
