You set the basics for standardization, automation and digitalization of our (finance) processes
You proactively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance (and relevant KPIs)
You continuously cooperate with process expert of functions to improve process efficiency and quality and ensure the successful execution of process design including documentation across the (finance) function and IT tools
You enable and train relevant Key User regarding improvement of efficiency, quality, speed and transparency by bringing reports / processes into IT tools
You actively participate in (financial) project management
You are an essential contributor for different data policies and guarantee the execution in the system landscape
You drive transformation of a new steering model for business segment Robotics, increase efficiency and quality of our processes and ensure efficient and state of the art analytics
You have sound knowledge of tools in place and steadily improve and enhance their usage; ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth
Position belongs to the new FP&A Center of Excellence within Segment Robotics

Degree in economics or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling and reporting processes is preferable
Strong analytical skills and understanding of the design and interpretation of financial ratios
Strong understanding of numbers and structured way of working
Good practical knowledge of SAP and MS-Office, additionally knowledge of BI Tools (e.g. Qlik, IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI) is preferable
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Confident command of written and spoken English
Willingness to travel on business
