International Trainee Business Innovation (f/m/d)

As Trainee with focus on Business Innovation, you will have the chance to gather working experience in different areas such as innovation management, value proposition and business model design, various interface areas and KUKAs innovation projects. Within your 18 months journey, you will be assigned to fascinating areas, for example technology innovation, innovation marketing, strategy or our current innovation projects. You will be trained mainly in Augsburg, with the option to also work in one of our subsidiaries.

You will get to know KUKA and different areas in the best possible way based on an individually coordinated schedule, and you will assume responsibility for project work and in day-to-day business from the very beginning.

During your time as a Trainee, you will be closely supported, you will have the opportunity to build up and steadily expand your KUKA-wide network and will actively work on current topics.

You can broaden your intercultural competence during a stay abroad and also benefit from kick-off days and various measures for your professional and personal development.

A permanent position following the trainee program is intended.
