We are seeking a skilled Platform Manager responsible for the development and management of our industrial robotics software development kit (SDK). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive set of APIs that will enable our ecosystem partners to extend the functionality of our robotic operating system. Additionally, the Platform Manager will be responsible for technology scouting and development of the technology roadmap to ensure our APIs match the current trends and research.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the roadmap for our robotics SDK to enable our ecosystem partners to extend our robotic operating system's functionality via clearly defined APIs;

Work closely with partners and stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize new API development efforts based on customer needs, industry trends, and business;

Conduct technology research and scouting activities to ensure our APIs align with the latest trends and industry best practices;

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our robotic operating system and the underlying technology stack to guide the design and implementation of our APIs;

Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that our APIs are technically sound and meet the requirements of our ecosystem partners;

Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality releases.
Application Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

5+ years of experience in product management or engineering, preferably in the robotics or software development industry;

Strong technical background with experience in API design and development, software development lifecycle, and familiarity with robotic operating systems is a plus;

Demonstrated experience in technology scouting and development of technology roadmaps;

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;

Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
