Feel the flow of automation – with mobile KUKA robotics at LogiMAT 2024

From March 19 to 21, everything at LogiMAT in Stuttgart will be about the flow of goods within companies. The international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management provides the stage for interlinked automation solutions. In Hall 6, Stand A17, KUKA will be presenting mobile robotics products, including a world premiere.

Mobile robotics keeps intralogistics moving

Perfectly in the flow: intelligent, mobile robotic solutions that autonomously find their way to their destination, independently avoid obstacles and thus automate intralogistics for companies in all industries are no longer a vision of the future. Automation specialist KUKA from Augsburg will be providing insights into the new reality at the LogiMAT 2024 trade fair. Under the motto “Feel the flow of automation – AMR by KUKA”, with the KMP 3000P a world novelty will be presented alongside the KMR iisy mobile robot and the KMP 1500P mobile platform.

Wherever automated logistics solutions take center stage, Swisslog, the logistics profes-sional in the KUKA Group, is of course not to be missed. At LogiMAT 2024, Swisslog will be presenting its fully integrated automation and software solutions in Hall 1 at Stand B41 under the motto "the human side of automation".

Autonomous, mobile, efficient: AMR by KUKA

World premiere: The KMP 3000P transports up to three tons

KUKA is presenting a brand-new mobile platform for the first time at LogiMAT 2024: the KMP 3000P. It is a real heavyweight for intralogistics and can transport loads of up to three tons. Its omnidirectional driving concept ensures maximum flexibility and high precision.

The platform is always ready thanks to its inductive loading principle, which allows flexible loading during the process – without wear and tear. In addition, the standard communication interface VDA 5050 ensures the greatest possible compatibility of the AMR with different controllers.

The inductive charging principle is a completely new feature of the KMP 3000P. This means it is ready for use 24/7. And thanks to the omnidirectional drive, the platform is flexible even in the tightest of spaces.

Reliable all-rounders: KMR iisy and KMP 1500P

The KMR iisy combines the mobility of an AMR and the versatility of a collaborative robot. It consists of the Cobot LBR iisy, optionally with a payload of 11 or 15 kg, and a platform that can carry up to 200 kg of additional load. The mobile robot moves pre-cisely and safely through the room. It can therefore be used flexibly at various work-stations: in assembly, intralogistics and as a robot service system. If you need a product purely for transporting goods, the KMP 1500P platform is the right choice. It is the little sister of the new KMP 3000P and can transport up to one and a half tons of different materials and workpieces.

Mobile robotics is a major topic at the intralogistics trade fair LogiMAT. In addition to the world's first KMP 3000P, KUKA will also be exhibiting the KMP 1500P, pictured here.
