Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Serve as HR point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors-related inquiries and issues,
  • support configuration and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.),
  • conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies,
  • develop and deliver training sessions for HR team members and end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities,
  • collaborate with HR and IT to identify system improvements and enhancements,
  • prepare and analyze reports from SAP SuccessFactors to support HR decision-making,
  • stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology,
  • support the implementation of the compensation modules.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
  • minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in all modules,
  • strong understanding of HR processes and best practices,
  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
  • very good English required, German is a plus.
