  • The coordination of 3rd level support as SPOC towards other resolver teams,
  • supporting functional teams and customers, assisting with technical subproject management,
  • assisting in providing SAP solutions for infrastructure service requests for ongoing and new SAP services, SAP rollouts,
  • maintaining operation and technical documentation, monitor the landscape,
  • supporting of SAP license management towards controlling with the Authorization team,
  • SAP user management,
  • participating in related serurity reviews, and audit reviews.

Application Requirements

  • Experience in IT Customer Service Desk analyst role,
  • excellent MS client OS knowledge(services, registry, group policies etc.); knowledge regarding basic IT and network services(DNS, DHCP, File, Print etc.) and basic SAP landscape knowledge is an advantage,
  • excellent communication skills in English and professional communication capabilities in German,
  • reliable team player capable of independent work,
  • precise work, analytical thinking, and problem solving attitude,
  • customer focused.


  • Fluency in Hungarian is an advantage but not required,
  • previous work in SAP,
  • willingness to travel,
  • university degree,
  • experience in knowledge article creation and maintenance.
