Furthermore, the Supervisory Board resolved at today's meeting to appoint Mr. Peter G. Mohnen to the Executive Board as the member responsible for finances and controlling (CFO) of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft. Mr. Mohnen's appointment is for three years effective August 1, 2012. Mr. Mohnen will take over from Mr. Stephan Schulak at that time.
