Sale of VAG-Armaturen GmbH
As part of the measures to dispose of its former Process Technology Division, IWKA Aktiengesellschaft, Karlsruhe, has sold VAG-Armaturen GmbH, Mannheim, and its subsidiaries (the VAG-Group) to a financial investor, effective as of January 1, 2005.
