  • Owner of iiQKA Community Forum and Developer Portal strategic goals and development, including creating value for users, identifying new opportunities for business and ensuring a good user experience through interlinkages with other iiQKA channels and content
  • Lead for Community and Developer Portal requirements creation to meet roadmap goals
  • Essential in delivering the content experience for the overall platform ecosystem and community
  • Community Forum moderation, guideline creation and process improvement
  • Build relationships with community members to encourage engagement and interaction
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve both the iiQKA Community Forum and Developer Portal, following best practices with documentation and site design
  • Organize content in both channels according to user needs
  • Gather and analyze information to develop Community and Developer Portal strategies
  • Engage with Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, Product Management, Sales, Industry Management, Legal and Data Protection to ensure organizational needs are represented in the Community and Developer Portal
  • Align with rest of iiQKA Ecosystem Team to ensure needs of Partner Management are addressed in the Community Forum and Developer Portal
  • Closely work with iiQKA Technical Writers to ensure the right content is available in both the Community Forum and Developer Portal
  • Design and implement campaigns in the Community Forum and Developer Portal to drive lead generation and encourage interconnection between members
  • Create content to support Community Forum and Developer Portal strategies when needed
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Community Forum and Developer Portal to measure success over time

Application Requirements

  • Experience as a community and/or social media manager for a large user base
  • Experience launching large-scale community and/or social media initiatives from scratch (e.g. building an online community, creating communications campaigns, managing user portals)
  • Experience building a content portal to drive membership growth and engagement
  • Degree in communication, linguistics, marketing, software development or related discipline
  • Well-versed in building and managing a network of subject matter experts
  • Ability to use multiple tools to write, format, manage, and publish high-quality content
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technical domain experts (e.g. developers, engineers) to pull out a concise story
  • A deep interest in the different ways that people discover and process information
  • An eye for aesthetic design and creating easily digestible content
  • High standards, an obsessive eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a global team
  • Experience in growing a developer-focused community and good technical understanding is a strong plus
  • Experience in the agile development process is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in German a strong plus. Extra bonus points for additional language fluency
  • Knowledge of robotics domain is a strong plus
